Issue: Imagine a world without Language.
News: The Dutch writer Bernlef has written a new book about that, the title is "Boy". I am very interested and hope to read it soon.

The Language Office wants to organize projects related to Art and its relation to Language.
How does an object of art gets it name?
Why does an object of art needs that?
